What is futurmoda?
FUTURMODA is the International Trade Fair for Components, Leather, Textiles and Machinery for Footwear, Leather Goods, and the Fashion Industry in general
It features more than 300 exhibiting companies and covers an exhibition area of over 12,000 m², attracting more than 6,000 visitors each edition-mainly designers, creatives, and manufacturess from key industrial and production sectors such as footwear, leather goods, home decor, textiles, apparel, and fashion.

Manufactures and distributors of all types of products related to the production of footwear, leather goods, upholstery, fashion jewelry, fur, and fashion in general are welcome to exhibit at FUTURMODA.
Exhibitors mainly come from acroos Europe, particulary from Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, and Germany.
By submitting the October 2025 Contract
and paying 50% of the total cost as a reservation.
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order of application and payment.
Priority is given to previous exhibitors and members of AEC.
Yes, FUTURMODA offers two types of stands:
- Low-back stand: Ideal for companies offering accessories, components, or chemical products.
High-back stand: Recommended for companies showcasing tanned leathers and long fabrics.
Then, you must choose the stand size, which is always in multiples of 12 m² (12, 24, 36 o 48 m²).
FUTURMODA is a very cost-effective trade fair compared to other events in the sector.
Prices vary depending on the size of the stand, as follows:
- stand 12 m2 (4x3m) = 2.317 € (2.212 €+ 205€)
- Stand 24 m2 (8x3m) = 4.429 € (4.224€ +205€)
- Stand 36 m2.(12x3m) =6.541 € (6.336€ +205€)
- Stand 48 m2 (16x3m)= 8.653 € (8.448€+205€)
Prices are without VAT (10% VAT applicable)
The prices includes: the exhibition space, basic decoration, insurance, and promotion in directories (if submitted on time)
FUTURMODA maintains a uniform design across all stands, and custom-designed stnads are not allowed.
Depending on the size of the stand, basic decoration elements are included, such as walls, carpet, lighting, table, chairs, counter, and shelves or display bar.
Each company can personalize the decoration of their stand according to their needs and may also order additional decorative elements.
Within the basic decoration, you must specify whether you prefer display bars or shelves, and whether you want them straight or inclined.
As optional extras, you can request additional shelves, vinyl graphics, furniture, extra lighting, and more.
Yes, stand assembly takes place the day before the fair (09:00-20:00), and dismantling starts at 19:00 on the last day of the event.
